With 9 years of experience across Latin America, Europe, and the Caribbean, I’ve led service design, digital strategy, and transformation initiatives for global brands and high-growth companies.

My background blends strategy consulting (Deloitte, NTT Data), telecommunications transformation (Liberty Latin America), and global e-commerce (Amazon) , giving me a unique ability to connect business priorities with user needs and technological feasibility.
